باستعمالك متجر chrimrtah أو إرسال طلب منه، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية.

المنتجات والأسعار

الأسعار المعروضة بالدرهم المغربي. أسعار الدولار واليورو تقريبية وللاطلاع فقط، والدفع بالدرهم. قد نغيّر الأسعار والتوفر في أي وقت، ويسري على طلبك السعر المؤكد لك عند تأكيد الطلب. نحرص على دقة الصور والأوصاف، وقد تختلف الألوان قليلا حسب الشاشة.

الطلب والتأكيد

لا يُعدّ الطلب نهائيا إلا بعد إرسال ملخصه عبر واتساب وتأكيده من المتجر. يحق لنا رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأسباب مثل نفاد الكمية أو خطأ في السعر أو عدم صحة بيانات التواصل، وسنبلغك بذلك.

الدفع

الدفع عند الاستلام نقدا بالدرهم المغربي للموزّع، أو بالبطاقة البنكية عبر رابط دفع آمن حين يكون متوفرا.

التوصيل

• نوصّل إلى مدن المغرب، وتكون مدة التوصيل المعتادة بين 24 و72 ساعة بعد تأكيد الطلب. قد تتأخر في العطل والظروف الخارجية.
• رسوم التوصيل 25 درهم، والتوصيل مجاني للطلبات ابتداء من 300 درهم.
• يجب أن يكون رقم الهاتف والعنوان صحيحين وأن يكون المشتري متاحا لاستلام الطلب.

الإرجاع والاستبدال

• يمكنك إرجاع المنتج أو استبداله خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام إذا لم يطابق الوصف أو وصل معيبا أو تالفا.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستعمل وبحالته وتغليفه الأصلي، وأن تتواصل معنا أولا عبر واتساب، مع صور واضحة في حالة العيب.
• المنتجات الشخصية المفتوحة، مثل العطور ومستحضرات العناية، لا تُرجع إلا إذا كان بها عيب أو لم تطابق الوصف.
• بعد قبول الإرجاع نعيد لك المبلغ أو نستبدل المنتج. وإذا كان السبب عيبا أو عدم مطابقة فنتحمل تكلفة الإرجاع.

الملكية الفكرية

النصوص والشعار وتصميم المتجر ملك للمتجر أو مرخصة له، ولا يجوز نسخها لأغراض تجارية دون إذن مكتوب.

حدود المسؤولية

نبذل جهدنا لتوفير المتجر بلا انقطاع، لكننا لا نضمن ذلك، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو الانقطاعات الخارجة عن إرادتنا. ولا يمس ذلك حقوقك التي يضمنها لك القانون المغربي لحماية المستهلك.

القانون المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون المغربي. نسعى أولا إلى حل أي خلاف وديا، وإلا فالاختصاص للمحاكم المغربية المختصة.

تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلاها. استمرارك في استعمال المتجر يعني قبولك للتعديل.

By using chrimrtah or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirham. US dollar and euro prices are approximate and for information only; payment is in dirham. We may change prices and availability at any time, and the price confirmed to you when the order is confirmed applies to your order. We aim for accurate photos and descriptions, but colours may vary slightly by screen.

Orders and confirmation

An order is final only after its summary is sent on WhatsApp and confirmed by the store. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as the item being out of stock, a pricing error or incorrect contact details, and we will tell you.

Payment

Payment is in cash in Moroccan dirham to the courier on delivery, or by bank card through a secure payment link when available.

Delivery

• We deliver to cities across Morocco. Delivery usually takes 24 to 72 hours after the order is confirmed, and may be longer on holidays or due to outside circumstances.
• The delivery fee is 25 MAD, and delivery is free on orders of 300 MAD or more.
• Your phone number and address must be correct, and you must be available to receive the order.

Returns and exchanges

• You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it if it does not match its description or arrived defective or damaged.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, and you must contact us on WhatsApp first, with clear photos if it is defective.
• Opened personal items, such as perfumes and personal care products, can only be returned if defective or not as described.
• Once a return is accepted we refund you or exchange the item. If the reason is a defect or a mismatch, we cover the return cost.

Intellectual property

The texts, logo and design of the store belong to the store or are licensed to it, and may not be copied for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the store available, but we do not guarantee it, and we are not liable for indirect damages or interruptions beyond our control. This does not affect your rights under Moroccan consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. We first try to settle any dispute amicably; otherwise the competent Moroccan courts have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the last update date is shown at the top. Continuing to use the store means you accept the changes.
