نحترم خصوصيتك. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات عند استعمالك متجر chrimrtah، وكيف نستعملها ونحميها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- عند إتمام الطلب: الاسم الكامل ورقم الهاتف والمدينة والعنوان والمنتجات المطلوبة.
- عند مراسلتنا عبر واتساب أو صفحة اتصل بنا: ما تكتبه في رسالتك.
- بيانات تقنية مجمّعة عن الزيارة (الصفحات المفتوحة ونوع الجهاز) عند تفعيل أداة الإحصاء.
- تفضيلاتك في المتصفح: اللغة والعملة ومحتوى السلة، وتُحفظ في جهازك أنت.
كيف نستعمل بياناتك
- تأكيد طلبك والتواصل معك عبر واتساب أو الهاتف.
- تجهيز الطلب وتوصيله وخدمة ما بعد البيع والإرجاع.
- تحسين المتجر اعتمادا على إحصاءات مجمّعة.
- الوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والمحاسبية.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها لأي جهة.
أين تُحفظ بياناتك
تُحفظ الطلبات في قاعدة بيانات Firebase التابعة لشركة Google، وخوادمها في أوروبا. لا يصل إلى الطلبات إلا مدير المتجر عبر حساب محمي بكلمة سر.
مشاركة البيانات
نشارك الاسم والهاتف والعنوان مع شركة التوصيل بالقدر اللازم لتسليم طلبك فقط. وتجري المراسلة عبر واتساب (Meta) وفق شروطها. وإذا فعّلنا الدفع بالبطاقة فسيتم عبر مزوّد دفع خارجي بصفحة آمنة، ولا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك ولا نخزنها.
التخزين المحلي وملفات الارتباط والتحليلات
نستعمل التخزين المحلي في متصفحك لحفظ السلة واللغة والعملة. وقد نستعمل Google Analytics لفهم استعمال الموقع بصورة مجمّعة. يمكنك منع ذلك من إعدادات المتصفح أو بإضافات حظر التتبع، وسيظل المتجر يعمل.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات الطلبات المدة اللازمة لتنفيذها وخدمة ما بعد البيع والمتطلبات القانونية والمحاسبية، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة.
حقوقك
وفق القانون المغربي رقم 09-08 المتعلق بحماية الأشخاص الذاتيين تجاه معالجة المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي، يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب حذفها والاعتراض على معالجتها. لممارسة هذه الحقوق راسلنا عبر صفحة اتصل بنا. ويحق لك كذلك اللجوء إلى اللجنة الوطنية لمراقبة حماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي (CNDP).
الأمان
يعمل المتجر عبر اتصال مشفّر HTTPS، ونتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية بياناتك. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%.
القاصرون
المتجر غير موجّه لمن هم دون 18 سنة إلا بإشراف أحد الوالدين أو الوصي.
تعديل السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلاها.

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use chrimrtah, and how we use and protect it.
Data we collect
- When you place an order: full name, phone number, city, address and the items you ordered.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page: what you write.
- Aggregated technical data about visits (pages viewed, device type) when analytics is enabled.
- Your browser preferences: language, currency and cart contents, stored on your own device.
How we use your data
- To confirm your order and contact you on WhatsApp or by phone.
- To prepare and deliver your order, and to handle after-sales service and returns.
- To improve the store using aggregated statistics.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Where your data is stored
Orders are stored in a Firebase database operated by Google, on servers in Europe. Only the store manager can access orders, through a password-protected account.
Sharing
We share your name, phone and address with the delivery company only as needed to deliver your order. Messages are exchanged through WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. If we enable card payment, it is handled by an external payment provider on a secure page. We do not see or store your card details.
Local storage, cookies and analytics
We use your browser local storage to keep your cart, language and currency. We may use Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate. You can block it in your browser settings or with a tracking blocker, and the store will keep working.
Retention
We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil the order, provide after-sales service and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you may access your data, correct it, ask for its deletion and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to us through the Contact us page. You may also contact the national data protection authority, the CNDP.
Security
The store runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and we take reasonable steps to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however.
Minors
The store is not directed at people under 18 unless a parent or guardian is involved.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The last update date is shown at the top.
